GROUP MENTORING
I have a very busy and unstable schedule and may not be available to attend some live sessions. Will I be able to join the Group Mentoring?
Yes! Every week, I'll send you an email with action items that are relevant to that week's agenda. Plus, you'll have access to our exclusive LinkedIn group, where you can ask all your questions, as well as receive and give feedback on each other's work. And don’t forget the three 1:1 sessions, that are scheduled based on your availability. However, I strongly recommend attending the Brainstorming sessions, whenever possible, to make the most of the Group Mentoring.
How many hours per week will I need to dedicate to this program?
It's entirely up to you how much time you spend each week. I recommend at least 3-4 hours per week (this includes one hour for our weekly Brainstorming session and the 1:1 sessions of 40 minutes).
Will I have access to any useful resources?
We all will share useful resources with each other, whether these are related to specialized terminology, CPD opportunities, or marketing. I will share resources that I consider relevant to medical translation (related to practice and business). Everyone is encouraged to share the information they find while working on their individual goals.
What is included in the Group Mentoring program?
The Group Mentoring includes:
-
Three 1:1 sessions, where we'll tailor the mentoring to your needs and assess your progress.
-
Eight weekly Live Brainstorming sessions, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and receive feedback.
-
Weekly emails with action items to think about and implement based on each week’s topic (weeks 1, 4, and 8 will include a link to schedule your 1:1 session)
-
Access to an exclusive support group on LinkedIn, where you can ask questions, receive feedback, get to know your colleagues, and share information.
-
Monthly Q&A calls (after the program ends, we'll meet every month, and I will answer questions sent in advance).
How many people can join the Group Mentoring program?
There is no fixed number of participants. However, the program will be offered in a small, limited-enrollment setting to make sure that everyone gets the support they need.
How can I prepare for the sessions?
Every week, on Monday, I'll send you an email with action items for that week, inviting you to work on your specific needs based on that week's topic. For optimal results, I recommend that you keep track of all your progress and feedback you receive since your work in one week will build on what you have achieved in the previous week.
Can I get a full refund if I sign up but then decide not to participate in the Group Mentoring?

You can get a full refund if you notify me up to five (5) business days before the Group Mentoring start date.
